Bakrie & Brothers (BNBR) gained the approval of its shareholders for the private placement of shares proposal and convertible bond issue to raise Rp9.38 trillion in total used to restructure its debt, and to cover its negative working capital which reached Rp10.11 trillion per June 30, 2018.
