Financing firm PT Pool Advista Finance Tbk has set its IPO prices at Rp135 per share, targeting to raise Rp108 billion in total. The Company is now offering 800 million shares through the initial public offering (IPO), representing 23.92% of total issued and paid-up capital. It also issues warrants priced at Rp168 per unit. The IPO fund will be used for developing infrastructure and acquiring one building in South Jakarta area. Pool Advista Finance is also seeking bank loan and planning medium term notes (MTN) with target fund of Rp200 billion.
