Shares of property developer Kota Satu Properti (SATU) extended gains today, rising 34.34% to Rp266 per share at early trade in afternoon session. SATU listed and started trading on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Monday (Nov 5), gaining 69% yesterday.
SATU listed 1.25 billion shares on IDX, started trading yesterday with market capitalization of Rp146 billion. It offered 500 million shares through the initial public offering (IPO) priced at Rp117 per share, to raising Rp58.5 billion fund.
SATU booked net profit of Rp0.45 billio in Jan-Apr 2018 period on revenues of Rp21.58 billion. In 2017, it booked net profit of Rp4.7 billion on revenues of Rp53.78 billion.
