The benchmark December 2018 contracts of crude palm oil (CPO) gained RM18 to RM2205 per ton on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Tuesday (Oct 9), but shares of plantation companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) ended mostly lower ground.
