The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) has auctioned four blocks but yet to determine the winning bidders. While two blocks have not yet attracted investors interest. That six blocks auctioned (phase two) are exploration blocks (Banyumas, Andika Bumi Kita, South East Mahakam) and production blocks (Makassar Straits, South Jambi, Selat Panjang).
