Shares of Jaya Bersama Indo (DUCK), operator of Chinese food restaurant network in Indonesia, gained 45.5% to Rp755 per share in its trading debut this morning. It offered 1.28 billion shares through the initial public offering (IPO), at price of Rp505 per share, representing 40% of its total issued and paid-up capital. This IPO was oversubscribed more than 80 times.
