PT Kapuasindo Palm Industry, subsidiary of Sinarmas Group, recently filed a tort lawsuit against PT Boma Bisma Indra (Persero), a State-owned Enterprise based in East Java. In the lawsuit, Kapuasindo demanded a compensation of over Rp123 billion.
