Central bank (Bank Indonesia/BI) reported on Monday (Sep 10) that Indonesian retail trade grew 2.9% from a year earlier in July 2018, following a 2.3% gain in the previous month. On a monthly basis, retail trade declined 9.2%, following a 2.5% increase in June. Retail sales is expected to grow stable in August, supported by sales of clothes, households equipment, and cultural and recreations goods.
