As expected, Indonesia‚Äôs stock market and currency continued to weaken on Monday (Sep. 3) following Asian and global markets as trade fears escalate after the U.S. and Canada failed to reach a NAFTA deal on Friday (Aug. 31). The Caixin manufacturing PMI for China showed the country’s manufacturing sector rose the least in 14 months, in line with expectations but weighing on investors’ mood.
