Property developer Trimitra Propertindo has set its IPO prices at Rp390-495 per share, to raise total proceeds of maximum Rp301.6 billion. The Company plans to offer 773.3 million shares through initial public offering (IPO), representing 27.6% of its total issued and paid-up capital. The offering starts today and will last in August 14. Listing on stock exchange is set for August 23.
