In the four years of President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo’s leadership the CEO of state-owned PT Pertamina has been replaced twice. After Rini Soemarno became Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), the former CEO of PT Semen Indonesia, Dwi Soetjipto, became the CEO of Pertamina. But Dwi only laster two years. He was replaced by Elia Massa Manik, a former CEO of state-owned PTPN III. Elia, however, only lasted a year. And since then, we are yet to see a new CEO of Pertamina.
