Astrindo Nusantara Infrastructure (BIPI), formerly Benakat Integra, booked income of Rp36.7 billion from venture entities in first half (H1) of 2018, declined from Rp50.6 billion in H1 last year. But it recorded financial expenses of Rp26.4 billion, then net profit was Rp11 billion only.
BIPI’s assets reached Rp1.3 trillion while liability amounted Rp989 billion. In June 2018, Benakat Petroleum Energy acquired Astrindo Mahakarya Indonesia, funded by US$150 million loan, equivalent Rp1.5 trillion, from Poseidon Corporate Services Ltd. Benakat also divested PT Benakat Patina to PT Florenceville.
