Financing firm Indomobil Finance Indonesia has obtained syndicated loan of US$275 million, from 11 banks and financial institutions. The Company initially planned to seek US$100 million loan under greenshoe option, but the commitment from creditors surpassed or oversubscribed by 2.75 times. Per July 2018, Indomobil Finance’s has paid syndicated loan of US$695.2 million or 66% of total loan.
