Plantation firm PT Astra Agro Lestari (AALI) Tbk, subsidiary of Astra International (ASII), booked net profit of Rp783.9 billion in the first half of 2018. While this represented 23% fall from the corresponding period last year, Astra Agro actually posted significantly better year-on-year performance in the second quarter.
