PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatra Utara (Bank Sumut) keeps its plan to issue bond worth Rp1 trillion in the second half of this year amid growing yield trend. It has secured standby buyer for purchasing said bond worth Rp600 billion. In 2017, Bank Sumut booked net profit of Rp630.47 billion, grew 7.87% from 2016. Assets rose 10.68% to Rp28.96 trillion. Loans grew 5.69% to Rp20.66 trillion while third party funds increased 11.33% to Rp23.16 trillion.
