Plantation firm Provident Agro (PALM) divests shares in two entities and raised Rp555.32 billion. It sold shares in PT Sumatera Candi Kencana (SCK) based in Banyuasin at value of Rp114.56 billion to PT Sumber Tani Agung Resources (STA) based in Medan. PALM also sold shares in PT Transpacific Agro Industry (TPAI) based in Banyuasin at Rp440.76 billion value to STA.
