PT Sribolga Raturaya and Mountain High Investment Limited as shareholders of Sarimelati Kencana (PZZA), operator of Pizza Hut in Indonesia, plans to launch the rights issue for 314.27 million shares, representing 10.4% of enlarged capital. Shares of PZZA only gained 0.45% to Rp1150 per share in its trading debut this morning. The Company offered 604.37 million shares through the initial public offering (IPO), at price of Rp1100 per share, to raising Rp664.8 billion in total. PZZA listed 3.02 billion shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). At IPO price, the stock started trading with market capitalization of Rp3.32 trillion.
The Company booked a net profit of Rp141.3 billion in 2017. It grew 8.4% from Rp130.4 billion in 2016. In 2015, PZZA booked a profit of Rp61.37 billion. Net sales rose 12.3% to Rp3.03 trillion from Rp2.69 trillion in 2016. PZZA’s total liability per December of last year was Rp1.12 trillion, while its assets reached Rp1.49 trillion. It has equity of Rp369.7 billion.
