MNC Investama has issued senior secured notes worth US$231 million, new issued notes resulted from refinancing of US$365 million notes due on May 16, 2018. The new notes carries coupon rate of 9% per annum and will due in 2021, listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX). MNC Investama also plans to conduct a rights issue of US$145 million in August this year.
