Plastic bottle maker PT Namasindo Plas was finally able to convince their creditors to accept the peace proposal they offered during Suspension of Debts Payment (PKPU) period. The peace agreement is to be promulgated today on May 14, 2018. Meanwhile, the Constitutional Court (MK) decided to deny the petition for Judicial Review on the Law regarding Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information (AEoI) filed by Fernando Manullang, a lecturer in the Faculty of Law at the University of Indonesia.
