State-owned lender Bank Negara Indonesia (BBNI) was rumored to act as a standby buyer of a right issue of medium-sized lender affiliated with tycoon Aksa Mahmud’s conglomerate Bosowa Group, Bank Bukopin (BBKP)’s shares.
