Bank BRI Syariah booked net profit of Rp54.38 billion in the first quarter (Q1) ended March 31, 2018, jumped 64% from Rp33.17 billion in the same period of last year. Operating profit reached Rp956.26 billion while operating expenses amounted Rp884.25 billion. The Bank’s assets grew 21.8% to Rp34.73 trillion. Its lending rose 8.62% to Rp19.53 trillion. Third party funds increased 22.9% to Rp28.29 trillion. Its CAR stood at 23.64% while NPF was 4.1%. BRI Syariah is now offering shares to public at price of Rp510 per share.
