Barito Pacific (BRPT), controlled by Prajogo Pangestu, will issue 5.6 billion new shares at price of Rp2300-300, to raise maximum proceeds of Rp18.48 trillion. BRPT will also issue 1.4 billion warrants worth Rp4.62 trillion. Trading of rights is scheduled for June 5-11, 2018. Prajogo Pangestu controls 71.19% of BRPT’s shares and public investors hold 26.24%.
