Valle Verde Pte Ltd purchased more shares, 10 million units, in ABM Investama at price of Rp2360 per share or Rp59.9 billion in total, boosting its ownership to 55%. Other shareholders are Bank Julius Baer Co Ltd, Singapore S/A (10.38%), PT Tiara Marga Trakindo (22.1%), and public investors (the rest).
