Property developer Pakuwon Jati (PWON) allocates Rp2 trillion for construction projects and new projects this year, expecting a better demand. In April, PWON plans to launch a high rise project in Surabaya (East Java). PWON targets to book sales of Rp2.6 trillion this year, with apartment projects contributing 70% sales. Sales and recurring income contribute 50% of revenue or income. The Company has 435 hectares land bank, including lands in South Jakarta area (TB Simatupang) and Daan Mogot (Jakarta).
