Retailer Midi Utama Indonesia (MIDI) sets up new entity, PT Lancar Wiguna Sejahtera, to engaging in convenience store business with brand of Lawson. This new entity has total issued and paid-up capital of Rp12.37 billion. MIDI now operates Alfamidi and Alfamidi Super retail networks.
