State-owned financing firm for housing Sarana Multigriya Finansial (SMF) booked un-audited net profit of Rp400 billion in 2017, grew 20.5% from Rp318 billion in 2016. Revenues rose 16.8% to Rp1.18 trillion from Rp979.67 billion in 2016. Its assets grew 15.8% to Rp13.12 trillion. For this year, SMF targets to book revenues of Rp1.2 trillion. It also targets financing to grow 17.7% to Rp9.6 trillion for this year.
