Nusantara Infrastructure (META) is set to launch the rights issue of offering five billion new shares with nominal price of Rp70 per share. It targets to raise Rp350 billion from this rights issue, the second time of rights issue. META has gained approval from its shareholders for this plan. The Company needs Rp10 trillion for capital expenditure (capex) for 2-3 years.
