Indonesia cement consumption grew evenly in early 2018 with a range of 12% to 17%, Indonesian Cement Association said on Feb, 14. Total consumption in January 2018 reached 5.68 million tons or up 9.9% in annual basis (yoy). However compared to previous month, the domestic cement consumption eroded 2%. The chairman Widodo Santoso said that the highest growth of cement consumption occurred in Sumatra followed by Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku and Papua.
