BTN Plans to Set Up Two Units This Year

PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Tbk (BBTN) targets to set up two units or subsidiaries this year through acquisition and setting up joint venture (JV) entities. The new entities will engage in multifinance business. BBTN is set to acquire PT Danareksa Finance. The Company also plans to set up life insurance firm in cooperation with PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Asuransi Jasindo).
