Austindo Targets 4.3% Growth in CPO Production

Plantation firm Austindo Nusantara (ANJT) targets to produce 219,280 tons of crude palm oil (CPO) this year, a 4.3% rise year on year (y/y). While its fresh fruit bunches (FFB) is targeted to grow 6.1% to 774,567 tons. Along with, ANJT expects its CPO sales to grow 4%. In 2017, the Company’s CPO sales reached 209,000 tons with average price of US$613 per ton. While kernel production reached 42,797 tons with average price of US$507 per ton. ANJT allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp1.2 trillion for this year, to fund CPO mill construction in West Papua.
