The Golkar Party’s Plenary Meeting held on Wednesday (Dec. 13) produced a crucial decision: naming Minister of Industry Airlangga Hartarto as the new party chairman to replace Setya Novanto. Attendees of the meeting also decided that the Party should soon hold a national leadership meeting (Rapimnas) and then an extraordinary congress (Munaslub) to strengthen Airlangga’s rise to power.To subscribe please click here
