The Draft Government Regulation (RPP) for the creation of a holding company for state-owned oil and gas firms have passed the harmonization stage. The target is to set up this holding company by the first quarter (Q1) of 2018. The government is preparing to add capital injection (PMN) to Pertamina, which is set to be the holding company for the oil and gas sector (energy).To subscribe please click here
