State-owned aluminium producer PT Indonesia Asahan Inalum has officially held 9.36% shares in PT Freeport Indonesia. Minister of State Owned Enterprises (SoEs) Rini Soemarno has also signed an agreement to transfer the government’s shares in Aneka Tambang (65%), Bukit Asam (65.02%), and Timah (65%) to Inalum, as part of a strategic plan to establish a state-owned mining holding enterprise.To subscribe please click here
