Domestic cement sales reached 6.7 million tons in October, up 12.5% year on year. Given the October sales, domestic cement sales in the ten months to October reached 54.2 million tons, 7.2% higher from the same period last year. In October, cement consumption in Java grew 17% to 3.75 million tons, Kalimantan rose 6.1% to 434,830 tons, Bali & Nusa Tenggara increased 27% to 388,600 tons, Maluku & Papua grew 24% to 163,400 tons.
