PDIP, the largest political party in West Java, is eager to win the province’s gubernatorial race. The problem is that the Party doesn’t have a strong figure to nominate. The Islamic party PKS, on the other hand, have the incumbent Vice Governor Deddy Mizwar with their cadre Akhmad Syaikhu, the pair that they believe would help them maintain dominance in West Java. The problem for PKS is that they do not have enough seats in the DPRD to endorse the pair on their own. To make things worse for PKS, their coalition with Gerindra has been torn into pieces. Golkar and the Democratic Party, meanwhile, are also eager to win the province. But everyone seems to have their own unfinished business. To subscribe please click here
