PP Property Posts 8.6% Profit Growth in 9M

Property developer PP Property (PPRO) booked net profit of Rp283 billion in the first nine months (9M) to September this year, grew 8.6% from Rp260 billion in the same period last year. Revenues rose 14.7% to Rp1.79 trillion from previous Rp1.56 trillion. Operating profit declined 2.1% to Rp361 billion. PPRO’s assets increased 28.6% to Rp11.35 trillion and liability grew 12% to Rp6.56 trillion.
