PT Astra Sedaya Finance plans to issue bonds worth Rp1.8 trillion. The book building has started while the offering is scheduled for November this year. This bonds will offered in three series with tenor of 1 year, 3 years, and 5 years. The bond offers yield of minimum 5.9% and maximum 7.75%. The Company will not use the funds for refinancing, but for working capital needs.
