Benakat Integra (BIPI) plans to restructure its loan interest of US$20 million before end this year, representing 33% of total loan interest (US$60 million). The Company targets to book net profit of US$45 million for this year. BIPI also plans to issue medium term notes (MTN) worth Rp100 billion. It is now in negotiation with strategic investors for MTN offering. The MTN with tenor of one year are expected for offering by end this year or early next year.
