State construction firm Waskita Karya (WSKT) has signed syndicated loan facility of Rp5 trillion with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) as sole mandated lead arranger and book-runner. The loan has tenor of 5 years and carries annual interest rate of 7.77%. The arrangers for the said loan are PT Bank China Construction, PT Bank CTBC Indonesia, PT Bank Shinhan Indonesia, and PT Bank SBI Indonesia.
