The Constitutional Court (MK) has received two more judicial review applications challenging the presidential threshold in the Election Law No. 7/2017. Chairman of the Crescent Star Party (PBB) Yusril Ihza Mahendra filed the first one on Tuesday (Sep 5) and Hadar Nafis Gumay, a former commissioner of the General Election Commission (KPU) for 2012-2017 period, together with two other watchdogs filed the other one on Wednesday. That brings the number of discontented parties with judicial review request to six parties. To subscribe please click here
