Saka Energi Indonesia, subsidiary of state gas distributor Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGAS), is now seeking US$250 loan, targeting to obtain next month, used to refinancing debts and to fund capital expenditure (capex). The loan has tenor of 3 years. Six banks act as mandated lead arranger and book-runner for the said loan. They are BNP Paribas, Citi, DBS, HSBC, Mizuho, and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp. For this year, PGAS set capex of US$500 million.
