Consumer prices in Indonesia rose 3.88% year-on-year in July of 2017, following a 4.37% rise in June. It was the lowest inflation rate since March as prices rose at a slower pace for raw food (1.50% vs 2.43% in the prior month), transport (4.44% vs 5.80%), housing (5.99% vs 6.18%), clothing (2.36% vs 2.75%), and health (3.62% vs 3.85). Meanwhile prices increased at a faster pace for both processed food (4.40% vs 4.37%) and education (2.94% vs 2.83%).
