State-owned Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BBRI) booked a net profit of Rp13.45 trillion in the first half (H1) of this year, a 10.39% growth from Rp12.18 trillion in the corresponding period of 2016. Interest income rose 12.41% to Rp36.36 trillion year-on-year (y/y). Net interest margin (NIM) was maintained at 8.6%.
