Contractor PT Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama Tbk (JKON) plans to launch the rights issue or offering new shares in April or May, 2018. The Company needs fresh funds to financing its existing projects such as toll roads (6 projects) and water supply facility (through PT Air Minum Indonesia). JKON had in July, 2013 raised Rp450.6 billion from rights issue (phase one).
