Indonesia and Australia mull to cooperate in investing for infrastructure and tourism sectors. Bambang Brodjonegoro, Minister of National Development Planning (Head of Bappenas), said Australia has long term funds that could be used for investing in Indonesia. Australia’s investors is offered to get 6-7% return of investment in Indonesia. Government of Indonesia focused on offering gas power plant (PLT) project in Tambak Lorok, Semarang to Australia. This project needs funds of around US$200 billion.
