Awang Faroek Ishak, Regent of East Kalimantan, said his local government plans to issue bonds for funding the infrastructure project, including toll road project, Samarinda-Bontang section. This toll road project with 122 km length will cost Rp6-7 trillion. The cost for land clearance is expected for Rp1.1 trillion.
