Bank BNI Syariah booked net profit of Rp165 billion in the first half (H1) this year, up 13.2% from Rp146 billion in H1 last year. Net income rose 20.9% to Rp1.08 trillion and operating profit increased 12.9% to Rp227 billion. Its financing grew 14.07% to Rp4.8 trillion and the Bank’s assets went up 8.6% to Rp30.7 trillion. Its CAR was at 14.33% while non performing financing (NPF) stood at 1.76%.
