Trading in the Indonesian stock market continued volatile Wednesday as the gain in morning trade was narrowed by selling or profit taking hit in the afternoon session. The composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) only ended up 0.16% at 5,717 yesterday. In mid morning trade, IDX gained 0.49% to 5,736. Foreign investors booked a net sell of Rp188.2 billion, cutting year-to-date net buy to Rp10.6 trillion. While the rupiah weakened to Rp13,307 against the U.S. dollar on Wednesday.
