SGX-listed DMX Technologies Group Limited said its direct wholly-owned subsidiary DMX (BVI) Ltd has on June 20, 2017 entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with Logicalis Singapore Pte Ltd and PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk in relation to the proposed disposal of 150,000 ordinary shares, representing 60% of the entire issued and paid-up capital of PT Packet Systems Indonesia (PSI).
