Global stocks rallied on Monday (June 19) ahead of Brexit negotiations. U.S. stocks rose yesterday as technology shares rebounded from a recent bout of sharp weakness. Asia rallied across the board. Stocks in Hong Kong gained 1.2% to 25,925 on Monday, the highest close in more than a week and the steepest gain in 6 weeks.
